October 4, 2007
DURHAM, N.H. – Westborough’s (Mass.) Chris Banks scored in the 53rd minute to lead the New Hampshire men’s soccer team past Dartmouth, 1-0, Wednesday.
The Wildcats extended their shutout streak to four games, not allowing a goal in 417 minutes, 21 seconds. New Hampshire has not allowed a goal in six of eight games played this season.

The Big Green turned the ball over at midfield to junior midfielder A.J. DuBois (Acworth, N.H.). He passed to Banks on the left side of the box. The sophomore forward went one-on-one with a Big Green defender before firing the ball into the right side of the net.
The Wildcats dominated offensively, outshooting Dartmouth, 15-6. Senior goalkeeper Mike Jenne made one save on a hard volley from midfield, earning his third shutout of the season.
Sean Milligan made a valiant effort for the Big Green, notching 10 saves in the loss.
With the win, the Wildcats even their record at 3-3-3, while the Big Green, who are ranked 8th in the northeast (NSCAA/Adidas), fall to 6-2-1.
The Wildcats open-up America East action Saturday, Oct. 6 when they travel to Maine to face the Black Bears.
