Two Pioneers Recognized by USL
McFarlane, Deren on Team of the Week

Two Western Mass. Pioneers made the USL Second Division Team of the Week Tuesday for their efforts in a win over Bermuda and a draw with Cleveland.
Midfielder Omar McFarlane and forward Jeff Deren were both honored by the league for their performances last week. McFarlane notched a goal in the Pioneers� 2-1 triumph over Bermuda and Deren recorded three assists combined in the win over Bermuda Tuesday and a 2-2 tie with the Cleveland City Stars Sunday.
Cleveland�s Adriano Sella de Souza was named the Second Division Player of the Week for his work in that same game with Western Mass.
He helped guide the City Stars to a 3-0 victory on the road in Bermuda and a 2-2 draw at Western Mass with a goal and two assists.
