Twellman Added To US Roster

Looking to Make 10th Appearence for US This Year

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Revolution striker Taylor Twellman was added to the roster for the U.S. Men's National Team's game with Switzerland Wednesday.

A total of 23 players, including Twellman, will be available for selection for the American's second to last match of 2007, which kicks off at 8:30 p.m. local time (2:30 p.m. ET) at St. Jakob Park in Basel, Switzerland.

Taylor Twellman was added to the U.S. roster for Wednesday's game against the Swiss.

Twellman has made nine appearances for the U.S. this year, recording a goal and two assists. The 2007 Revolution Team MVP has scored 15 goals in 25 league matches for the Revs this year to rank him third in MLS.

He also tallied the second goal in the Revs 3-2 victory over FC Dallas to capture 2007 Lamar Hunt Open Cup Championship, his fourth of this year's tournament.

For his career, Twellman has 28 caps with the National Team, and has scored six goals.

Twellman is scheduled to return to Boston on Thursday and rejoin the Revs in time for their trip to Toronto FC for their final regular season game.
