Vermont Falls to 0-5 on Season

TORONTO -- The Vermont Lady Voltage dropped to 0-5 on the year after a 3-0 defeat at the hands of the Toronto Lady Lynx Sunday.

Stefania Morra and Alicia Donaldsen scored for Toronto in the first half and second-half sub Victoria Miliucci capped the scoring with a strike in the 53rd minute.

Voltage goalkeeper Catherine Cadieux was under fire all day, stopping six shots despite allowing three goals. Her counterpart, Elise Kuhar-Pitters, made one stop for the shutout.

Vermont’s next W-League game is Saturday June 7 at Rochester (4 p.m.).
