Stingrays Draw Fury

Quick Goals Result in 1-1 Tie

The Rhode Island Stingrays and Ottawa Fury exchanged goals within a minute in the second half, eventually finishing deadlocked in a 1-1 draw.

The Stingrays struck first in the 54th minute on a goal from Timothy Ritter only to surrender the equalizer in the 55th minute from the Fury’s William Beauge.

The tie runs Rhode Island’s record to 1-7-4 on the season with the next game scheduled for Saturday at the New Hampshire Phantoms.
