Revs Release Rest of Preseason Schedule

Tilts Against La Primera Division and Liga National Champions

HAMILTON, Bermuda – The Revolution released the remainder of their preseason schedule Monday, complete with friendlies against the reigning Apertura champions of La Primera Division in Mexico and Liga National de Honduras.

The Revs also announced that the team will make its third preseason trip to New Orleans, La., March 13-20.

The Revs have two contests scheduled in Cancun during the squad’s seven-day training trip. On Monday, March 3, the team will face Pioneros de Cancun of the Segunda Division. Two days later, the Revs will play La Primera Division’s reigning Apertura champion, Atlante.

The trip to New Orleans will include three matches, including a contest against Honduras’ most recent Apertura champion, Marathón, on Friday, March 14. Then on Sunday, the Revs will play the first of two matches against the host New Orleans Shellshockers of the USL’s Premier Development League, with the second - on Wednesday, March 19 - wrapping up the club’s preseason slate.
