After earning four points in the first two games despite a rash of season-opening injuries, the Revs should finally get some relief tonight. Chris Albright will be back in action manning the right back position and Steve Ralston should be recovered enough from a sore quadriceps to be available off the bench.

Sainey Nyassi, who left at halftime of the Rev’s 1-1 tie with the Red Bulls, is also set to play against Dallas.

But the recovery of those three doesn’t mean the Revs’ training room is that much less crowded. The club will still be without starting goalkeeper Matt Reis, who will miss his second straight game with an injured right knee. Brad Knighton, who made three saves in last Saturday’s game with New York, will again get the nod in net.

New England will also be without Kevin Alston (hamstring), Gabriel Badilla (back), Mauricio Castro (hamstring) and Taylor Twellman (neck).

FC Dallas has some problems of its own, namely an 0-2 record to start the 2009 campaign, a record more glaring considering the two game were at home. The Hoops lost 3-1 to the Chicago Fire to open the season before falling, 2-0, to Chivas USA last week.

The Revs have won nine of the last 10 regular-season games against FC Dallas, including the last five overall and the last five at Gillette Stadium. This will be the first of two meetings between the clubs this season, and the only one in Foxboro. The Hoops will welcome the Revs to Pizza Hut Park on Sept. 30.
