Forward Earns Spot on Team of the Week

Rhode Island Stingrays forward Tim Ritter was named to the Premier Development League’s Team of the Week for his play in the ‘Rays first four-point week.

Ritter tallied twice in Thursday’s 2-0 win over the New Hampshire Phantoms and added Rhode Island’s only goal in its 101 draw with the Ottawa Fury on Sunday.

The striker now has six goals and one assists on the season.

Yakima Reds goalkeeper Robert McCurdy was named the PDL Player of the Week.
