Now he’s coming home as the Director of Coaching for Mass. Youth Soccer and looking for ways to push Massachusetts’ youth up into the elite levels of American soccer.

Mike Singleton believes that a lot needs to change in Massachusetts before the state’s 185,000 registered youth players are are able to reach their full potential. A big part of the problem seems to be the youth soccer culture in the Bay state.
