Breakers, Bolts Team Up
Local Youth Club to Join Forces with WPS Side

BOSTON, MA � The Boston Breakers and the local youth club FC Greater Boston Bolts are teaming up to provide new opportunities to young soccer players in Massachusetts.
As part of the agreement, Breakers players will be present at Bolts� tryouts and will instruct players at FCGB Soccer School Positional Clinics and Junior Academy. Breakers coaches & players will also assist the Bolts coaching staff in training sessions.
"We are very excited to be affiliated with the Boston Breakers,� said Bolts President Elliot Pratt. �This new partnership will enable our club to reach the next level on skill development, player participation, and overall club exposure.�
In addition, the Breakers will host a doubleheader at Harvard Stadium that will feature a Bolts youth match before a Breakers regular season WPS contest.
�We are thrilled to be partnering with the Breakers,� said Brian Ainscough, FC Greater Boston�s Director of Coaching. �This is a great opportunity for the girls in our club to be trained by women playing at the highest level. The Breakers players will be excellent role models for all the Bolts girls. FC Greater Boston has had a long history of success in developing girl soccer players and we envision this partnership as an avenue to continue a high-level program recognized in the local, regional and national soccer landscape.�
