Wake Forest's Austin da Luz halved the BC lead off a corner kick in the 68th minute, heading the ball past BC junior Chris Brown, who totaled four saves, including three in the game's final 45 minutes.

The Demon Deacons outshot the Eagles, 3-2, in the first half and 12-1 in the second. Edwards did not record a save in the losing effort that dropped the Demon Deacons to 17-2-2.
